In the Message to the People of Kazakhstan, the Head of State instructed to provide a separate management system for educational institutions built under the “Comfortable School” national project. The Ministry of Education, together with experts in the field, prepared a number of proposals, which were discussed at a meeting in the Government. It was attended by Tamara Duissenova, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ruslan Zheldibai, the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Internal Policy and Communications, Gani Beisembayev, the Minister of Education, as well as experts and representatives of the education sector.
As of today, 28 schools built under the national project have started operating in the country. A total of 217 facilities are planned to be commissioned by the end of next year.
The relevant ministry and experts in the field of education have proposed a number of options for the management model of comfortable schools. The main attention is paid to the substantive part of the work. In the formation of educational programs, teaching methods, assessment of the level of knowledge and training of teachers, it is proposed to apply advanced cases in the country — NIS, BIL, RPMS, Binom.
Tamara Duissenova noted that over time, comfortable schools, using their potential, should become hub ones for broadcasting experience in other educational organizations.
