3 Schools of East Kazakhstan to Win a KZT68 Million Grant

The Department of Education of the region has held a competition “The Best Organization of Secondary Education” was held in East Kazakhstan. KZT68 million grant was allocated from the local budget for the contest, which was received by 3 educational institutions that showed high results in the field:

Abai Secondary School in Tarbagatai district - 280 points (KZT29 million);

Uryl secondary school in Katon-Karagai district - 275 points (KZT24 million);

Secondary school No. 1 in Markakol district - 271 points (KZT15 million).

All these schools are participants in projects of the Fund for Sustainable Development of Education.

Based on results of the contest, which consisted of two stages, the heads of these organizations were awarded special diplomas and certificates
