Yedil Khussainov and Students of Katon-Karagai on the Stage of the World Nomad Games 2024

Today, as part of the V Nomad Games in the Ethnoaul in Astana, Yedil Khussainov performed together with students of Katon-Karagai schools named after Rykov and Lastayev.

Kazakh ancient instruments and their voice delighted the audience. To the sounds of the sazyrnai, flute and reed trumpet, the students sang the voice of the Old Altai to the crowd.

Yedil Khussainov is a performer who can sing with his larynx in low and high tones.

He also plays ancient Kazakh musical instruments such as zhetigen, sybyzgy, sazsyrnai, kamys syrnai, kauyrsyn syrnai, shankobyz. Concerts of the musician, who took part in many international festivals in Europe and Asia, are held in such famous halls as Carnegie Hall (New York), Kennedy Center (Washington), UNESCO Hall (Paris), Albert Hall (London). The work of Yedil Khussainov is the best example of ethnic and modern musical motifs.
