The RoboLand festival is organized by the Department of Education of Karaganda region with the support of Kazdidac Association, sponsors and partners. The festival is being held for the ninth time in order to promote children’s scientific and technical creativity, popularize innovative activities and share best practices in the field of educational robotics.
The Potential Development of the Hub Schools in Rural Areas project was launched in 2022. It aims to reduce the education gap of the quality between rural and urban schools. The operator of the project was the Education Sustainable Development Fund (ESDF), the sponsors are the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Fund and the AITAS holding. At the expense of sponsors, the schools are completely updating the material and technical base. The general partner of the project is Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools AEO, which has taken over the academic part. Robotics classrooms, as well as other creative and scientific laboratories, are being equipped in each of the participating schools of the project.
