Egalitarian Education: Meeting of the Hub Schools’ Directors in Astana

The NIS Experience Translation Department held a zonal meeting in Astana for the directors of hub schools from 5 regions. The seminar is dedicated to the mission of hub schools - egalitarian education.

“Egalitarian education is an approach in the educational system aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their social, economic or cultural background.”

65 participants gathered in Astana, including representatives of methodological offices, teachers and school principals.

Participants discussed the support of teachers, monitoring the achievements of students and working with modern equipment. School leaders noted that methodological assistance improves the quality of education, and shared their experience working with magnetic schools.

All participants had the opportunity to make suggestions and recommendations for further improvement of the project and training.
