Secondary School named after T. Zharokov

About the school


The school was founded in 1935 in Zhanibek village and has been named after poet Tayir Zharokov since 1966. Currently, 111 teachers work at the school, 100 of whom have higher education, 11 with secondary specialized education, and 5 hold master’s degrees. The faculty includes 20 research teachers, 37 expert teachers, and 41 moderator-level teachers.


The school currently educates 865 students. With a design capacity of 1178, it is one of the largest and most prominent educational institutions in the district.


Material and Technical Base:
The educational process is organized in specialized classrooms, including laboratories for physics, chemistry, and biology, computer science rooms, an electronic library, and interactive learning environments. Practical skills are developed through workshops for metal and wood processing for boys and sewing workshops for girls.


The school is equipped with modern technologies, an autonomous heating system, and a centralized water supply. Comfortable learning conditions are ensured for all students, including those with special educational needs.
