Additionally, the partnership plans to open two specialized IT classrooms.

Samsung Electronics Central Eurasia and the Fund for Sustainable Development of Education (FURO) have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at digitizing and improving educational conditions for rural students, as well as implementing several educational projects.

During the signing of the memorandum, both parties discussed the further development of their cooperation, the state of rural education in the country, and future steps to bridge the gap between education in large cities and rural areas.

"Supporting education is one of the key areas of Samsung's corporate social responsibility. Our goal is to provide Innovation for All, including, of course, residents of rural areas. By contributing to the development of school education in the regions, we not only help children take another step towards digitalization but also participate in nurturing a future generation that can accelerate technological progress both in Kazakhstan and around the world. We believe that cooperation with FURO will allow us to achieve common goals for the benefit of modern education and future technologies," said Chung Eugene, President of Samsung Electronics Central Eurasia.

FURO is already actively working on providing advanced Samsung-branded monitors and interactive educational boards, which enable rural students to better understand educational materials and reach a new level in their education.

Another direction of cooperation between Samsung Electronics and FURO will be the opening of specialized IT classrooms where rural students can learn programming using the latest Samsung technologies. For this project, FURO will adapt the educational programs of Samsung Innovation Campus, a separate company project aimed at providing free IT education.

This is not Samsung's first initiative in the field of education. Since December 2017, the international educational program Samsung Innovation Campus has been implemented in Kazakhstan, helping students to master the most in-demand specialties in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile development, and big data for free. Since 2019, Samsung has also launched the Solve For Tomorrow startup competition, bringing together students from across the country to implement their own projects aimed at solving socially significant problems.
