What you actually get by participating in the STEM HANYM program and how to walk this path step by step.
There are no dry lectures here. There is support, mentoring, hands-on practice, and a strong women's community that helps each other grow.
"STEM HANYM is a strategic project that opens new horizons for female educators from the Atyrau Region. The project promotes gender equality, professional growth, and inspires development. Participants will acquire real practical skills and knowledge and become certified robotics trainers.
STEM HANYM aligns with our foundation's mission and the mission of our sponsors, Samruk Kazyna Trust CF and Exxon Mobil, in supporting and creating social and educational initiatives that build a sustainable and inclusive future," said Asylbek Murzakhmetov, head of the USTEM Foundation.

3. Fill out the participant application form (usually a Google form or on the partner's platform).
4. Wait for feedback from the team — they will contact you and explain how the selection process works.
5. Pass the online interview (sometimes a motivational letter or mini-task is required).
