At the first stage of the project, classrooms were completely renovated in 17 district schools, teachers took intensive training courses at the Center for Pedagogical Excellence of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, and the level of education was monitored.

In 2023, the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Fund has allocated KZT15.750 billion for the second stage of the project, which will be used to equip more than 2,000 classrooms in 63 participating schools. The operating expenses of the Fund for Sustainable Development of Education are covered by AITAS holding and its founder Serik Tolukpayev.

Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools conduct an educational program free of charge, and the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Fund covers the costs of equipping schools.
