Modern education requires new approaches

Yesterday we have completed a presentation at the secondary school of Bestamak village of Alginsky district of Aktobe region and we are in a hurry to share our impressions!)
It was super dynamic, cool and interesting!) The school is located 40 kilometers from Aktobe and 776 children study here, 85 teachers work.

"Today there is a wonderful program launched by the state - Comfortable School. However, it concerns the construction of new schools. Against this background, the “Development of the Potential of Hub Schools in Rural Areas” project, which our school got into, helped us to become a truly comfortable school, too. We not only updated the material base of the school, but also gave our team the opportunity to improve their skills and qualifications. We are glad and grateful to all the organizers and sponsors of the project,” Izteleuova Anar Gassyrovna, the school Director says.

Many guests have attended the event - Tugzhanov Yeraly Lukpanovich, Akim of Aktobe region, Shamshidinova Kulyash Nogatayevna, CEO of NIS AEO, representatives of AITAS Holding, Director and Teachers of Aktobe NIS, colleagues from Sustainable Rural Development Fund, media representatives and active residents of the district. We conducted a tour of the school; pupils and teachers shared their impressions.

“An analytical group has been created at the school, which systematically monitors the results of the educational process, uses the analysis of the data obtained to improve the school’s activities. Another important area of work is the creation of a school team that will manage changes in the school. The project implementation will enable the Bestamak hub school to become a hub of the best pedagogical practices in its region,” Shamshidinova Kulyash, CEO of NIS ALE assumes.

Thanks to the project, all teachers undergo an intensive training program with NIS specialists, which will last until February 2023.

The school has updated 27 classrooms in the amount of KZT249.8 million, received through the “Development of the Potential of Hub Schools in Rural Areas”, which is funded by Kazakhstan Khalkyna Fund.
